We offer free standard shipping across France on all orders.
There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Time

         Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
         Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

In accordance with French consumer law, delivery will take place within 30 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

The seller remains responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered to the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

Under French law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
